Video Content

You retain ownership of any video content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your videos for the purpose of providing our analysis services.

Limitations

In no event shall DiamondAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
